Graphic Designer
About our client, ECCA
ECCA, Inc. is a service-oriented technology company. Comprised of three product divisions, ECCA provides software solutions for human resources, insurance carriers, and food banks. Incorporated in 1975, ECCA continues to help organizations by providing them with the products and services that they need to run their business more efficiently.
They are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. In this role, you will use your creativity and design skills to create high quality digital and print content for all ECCA’s brands. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects with various deadlines. While adhering to the existing brand guidelines, you will also bring new ideas and concepts to help evolve our visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics for digital ads, social campaigns, web assets, email templates, and other marketing materials
- Design engaging web pages and specialized landing page layouts
- Stay up to date on current design trends
- Help mentor and develop younger designers
- Collaborate closely across divisions (product, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Develop new visual concepts, layouts, and creative ideas
- Maintain and evolve brand toolkits, templates, and design systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Prior marketing experience working with a B2B company is strongly preferred
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
- Experience with photography is a plus
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
