We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Licensed Customer Service Account Manager for an existing book of business in Commercial Lines or Personal Lines. You will work as an ambassador and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers as well as the producer. As the Account Manager, you will be in a supporting role to the department and agent. Duties will include day to day service needs, including but not limited to endorsements, renewal processing, claims, coverage questions, and billing questions. 

The selected individual will have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, a social and positive personality, a self-starter and a proactive problem solver.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Insurance license preferred
• Must be comfortable using technology.
• Documentation and detail are imperative to the position and our standards.
• The position requires independence, confidence, and a work ethic to resolve client issues.
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers.
