Customer Service/Account Manager

Our client is seeking entrepreneurial-minded individual to join their growing team as a Customer Service/Account Manager to work in their Hermitage PA office.

The selected individual will have a well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, a social and positive personality, a self-starter and a proactive problem solver. Duties will include day to day service needs of customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients with service needs.
  • Willing to spend time taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
  • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience with standard business applications including MS Office.
  • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
