We’re on the lookout for a Finance & HR Administrative Coordinator who can rock both ledgers and logistics. From crunching numbers to supporting our team with stellar HR coordination, this role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts organized, proactive, and people-savvy. You’ll be diving into bookkeeping, multi-state sales tax filings, and keeping our HR world running like a finely tuned calculator.

What You’ll Be Doing:
 

Bookkeeping & Tax Compliance:

  • Jamming out with our general ledger and helping close the books each month.
  • Taking center stage on multi-state sales tax filings (hello, IL and friends!).
  • Owning the sales tax scene—registering accounts, filing returns, and never missing a beat
  • Handling accounts payable/receivable like a financial rockstar.
  • Collaborating with external accountants like the pro you are.

 

HR Coordinator:

  • Supporting recruitment by posting jobs and lining up interviews like a backstage tour manager.
  • Keeping employee records accurate, updated, and 100% compliance-ready.
  • Making onboarding and offboarding feel like a seamless VIP experience.
  • Assisting with benefits, payroll updates, and responding to employee questions.
  • Helping develop SOPs and HR docs that hit all the right notes.

 

Must-Have Skills for the Setlist:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or HR is a bonus track (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, or HR admin—bonus points if you’ve done both!
  • QuickBooks and Excel? You know them like your favorite playlist.
  • Familiar with sales tax across multiple states? That’s music to our ears.
  • Insanely organized, ridiculously reliable, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a heart for confidentiality.
