Our client, the premier country club in Erie, PA, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join the executive team. The person chosen to join this prestigious organization will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the club. Duties will include planning and implementing budgets, hire, train and supervise subordinates and apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of club members and guests are consistently exceeded.

Qualifications:
* BS in Hospitality Management or Business Management or similar required
* 5 years experience in management role in commiserate upscale environment, preferably a private country club.
