Overview

Maverick Pipe LLC is seeking a Strut Line Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume production environment and the ability to maintain product quality standards as given by Maverick Pipe. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to operate forklifts, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Follow leadership direction and instruction to achieve production goals.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Ensure product quality standards are met and maintained.

· Manufacture and package material according to specifications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production floor.

· Perform tool changeovers efficiently.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.

· Move finished products to designated areas.

· Load raw coils into the production line.

Essential Duties

· Tool Changeovers: Perform tool changeovers to ensure seamless production transitions.

· Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high product standards.

· Moving Finished Products: Transport finished products safely and efficiently.

· Loading Raw Coils: Load raw coils into the production line, ensuring continuous operation.

· Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

· Roll forming experience preferred.

· Forklift experience required.

· Ability to lift 75 lbs.

· Mechanical experience/knowledge required.

· Ability to work a scheduled shift.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Troubleshooting skills.

· Experience using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
