Human Resources Coordinator
Our client, a local fast-growing manufacturing company in Erie PA, has an immediate need for a Human Resource person to work under the supervision of the Human Resource Director.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Associates (or Bachelor’s) degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Minimum three years’ experience of increasing responsibility as a Human Resources Generalist/Specialist preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing a plus
- Payroll using Kronos/ADP for large hourly staff
