Operations Coordinator
Our client, a local not-for-profit organization, has an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Director as well as administrative & hands-on support to organizational programs. This is a full-time position with responsibilities that include:
  • Coordinating all aspects of Transportation Program.
  • Providing administrative support to other organizational programs.
  • Provide Clinician support, scheduling and confidential Patient support for occasional Patient Clinic, including
    • Provide primary triage of medical walk-ins or calls to assess individual need and the appropriate distribution of services.
    • Medical Billing/Fees for services
  • Overseeing needs of the Office as well as Building & Grounds.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs. 3-5 years of work related experience is preferred  Position requires both criminal background check and child abuse clearances.
