Human Resource Generalist

Our client, a manufacturer in the Shenango Valley (Sharon, Hermitage, Sharpsville) is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist. This position is responsible for performing a broad spectrum of HR related functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, employee development, performance management, on-boarding & orientation, policy development and implementation, benefits administration, compensation administration, and employment law compliance. 

Qualifications

* 5 years of Human Resource Management experience required, preferably in manufacturing
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
